1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use this website or engage Karmavyuha Communications LLP (“we”, “us”), operating as Karmavyuha Studio, for software and digital services. By requesting a quote, making a payment, or using our deliverables, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We offer more than one type of engagement (for example custom apps, studio projects, and packaged website launches). Product-specific rules below apply only to the named product. They do not rewrite the scope of unrelated services you buy from us.
2. What we provide
We provide professional software and digital services for local businesses, which may include:
- Mobile and web application design and development
- Business websites, landing pages, and hosting-related services
- UI/UX design, prototypes, and product consulting
- Ongoing maintenance, updates, and care plans where agreed
Specific scope, timelines, and fees are defined in your quote, proposal, or checkout page before you pay.
3. Quotes, payment, and delivery
Custom work is quoted in writing with a defined scope. Fixed digital products may be purchased through our online checkout; the payable amount and inclusions are shown before payment. We deliver digital services electronically — there is no physical shipping.
Payment is due as stated in your quote or at checkout. We may pause or withhold delivery if payment is incomplete or disputed, subject to applicable law.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and lawful content (text, images, logos) where your project requires it. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials you supply.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment we grant you the rights needed to use the deliverables for your business as described in your scope. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how. Portfolio use of non-confidential work may be shown unless you opt out in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services or platforms for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend services if misuse is identified.
7. Karmavyuha Launchpad (website go-live product only)
This section applies when you purchase a Launchpad website package via our launch checkout (e.g. launch.karmavyuha.com) — Launch, Launch + domain, care/AMC add-ons, and owner edit/publish for those sites. It does not automatically apply to custom apps, bespoke studio builds, or other engagements unless your written quote says so.
7.1 Domain registration and hosting
- Payment for Launch + domain covers website go-live and setup of one standard
.in/.com(typical registrar cap shown at checkout). A specific name is not guaranteed until we check availability. - After payment, send preferred names on WhatsApp in order of preference. If a choice is taken or premium-priced, we offer alternates or quote any extra cost before registering.
- The domain is registered and managed by Karmavyuha Communications LLP as part of the hosted website service (same idea as the site footer credit: “Hosted and managed by Karmavyuha Communications LLP”). Personal registrar transfer is not included in Launch / Launch + domain.
- While we host the site, the domain stays under our management.
7.2 Leaving Launchpad / domain handoff
- If you leave and want the domain in your own registrar account: pay the published one-time domain handoff fee (currently ₹3,999). That covers unlock, auth/EPP, and guided handoff. You complete KYC at your registrar. We provide transfer details within a reasonable time after the fee clears.
- If you leave without paying the handoff fee: hosting ends per platform policies; the domain stays with Karmavyuha Communications LLP. Free transfer is not owed, and we may choose not to renew after the included registration period.
7.3 Platform design and owner publish
- We may improve Launchpad hosting templates and software for quality and security.
- When you publish from the owner portal, the site rebuilds with the current Launchpad templates. Visual design is not frozen forever after go-live. We do not silently mass-redeploy a redesign to all live Launchpad sites.
- Each publish requires you to accept the content responsibility (AUP) checkbox in the owner portal. Live content and images remain your responsibility.
7.4 Checkout acknowledgements
For Launchpad packages that include a domain, and for AMC/care where shown, you must accept the product checkboxes at checkout. Those acknowledgements are recorded on the order for our records.
8. Warranties and liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except where required by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including third-party hosting, DNS, or payment networks).
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Launchpad product details on checkout may be more specific for a purchase; if something conflicts for that SKU, the checkout acknowledgement for that purchase controls for that product.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
