No. Choose unregistered for Bills of Supply. Turn GST on later. Already issued bills stay as they were.

Will invoice numbers stay consecutive?

Yes. After invoices are issued you cannot skip or go backwards. Legal name and GSTIN lock after the first Tax Invoice.

Is this Tally?

No. Keep Tally (or Busy / Zoho) for the books. Invoice Generator is commercial documentation after a sale.
